this dolphin jumped out of its tank in japan. while i understand it very well could have been an accident, just google dolphin suicides in captivity. the lead dolphin in flipper was so depressed she deliberately held her breath to kill herself. i mean, look at that fucking tank. my childhood summer camp had larger. and jesus look at the dolphins in the tank watching. it breaks my heart.
people having access to various species does have its positives but we have to get stronger guidelines, proper habitats, and stop with the fucking tricks and training of these animals. imagine being around for 50 million years and then 200,000 years ago some assholes show up start fucking up your home, killing your family and friends, sticking you in a confined area making you do stupid shit, and you can’t do anything about it. it’s disgusting.
